The proposed new plan is divided into <strong>8 themes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/lineact.cesi.fr\/en\/engineering-and-numerical-tools\/thematics\/resilent-and-secure-systems\/\">Resilent and Secure Systems\u200b<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/lineact.cesi.fr\/en\/engineering-and-numerical-tools\/thematics\/scene-understanding-human-system-interaction\/\">Scene underStanding for Human-System Interaction<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/lineact.cesi.fr\/en\/engineering-and-numerical-tools\/thematics\/digitalisation-and-industrialisation-of-the-construction-process\/\">Digitalisation and industrialisation of the construction process<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/lineact.cesi.fr\/en\/engineering-and-numerical-tools\/thematics\/decision-support-for-production-systems\/\">Decision Support for Production Systems<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/lineact.cesi.fr\/en\/engineering-and-numerical-tools\/thematics\/predictive-maintenance-and-prognosis\/\">Predictive Maintenance and Prognosis<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 2rem;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/lineact.cesi.fr\/en\/engineering-and-numerical-tools\/thematics\/mechanics-materials-and-processes\/\">Mechanics, Materials and Processes<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 2rem;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/lineact.cesi.fr\/en\/engineering-and-numerical-tools\/thematics\/smart-buildings-and-cities\/\/\">Smart Buildings and Cities<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/lineact.cesi.fr\/en\/engineering-and-numerical-tools\/thematics\/management-of-multimodal-transport-systems\/\">Management of multimodal transport systems<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to support this new structuring and the strong growth in staff numbers, we have launched an initial campaign in 2022 to appoint scientific coordinators for these themes. The missions of these theme coordinators, in consultation with the managers of the Engineering and Digital Tools team, are to :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>update the 3-year national roadmap;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 2rem;\">coordinate the roadmap with the team&#8217;s researchers;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 2rem;\">organize thematic meetings;federate responses to Call for Projects;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 2rem;\">promote the integration of new reserchers;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 2rem;\">identify thematic publication supports;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contribute to the drafting of materials for audits, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communications and activity reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of this first campaign, 4 animators were appointed. A new campaign has been launched in 2024 for the themes not yet filled. The following matrix cross-references the team&#8217;s research themes with its application areas, and indicates the maturity of the activity at laboratory level (activity established or under development\/project) as well as the scientific leaders for the themes selected in the first campaign.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"innovation\" class=\"wp-block-group section has-grey-background-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group wrapper__inner is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading title--2 is-style-title-cesi-underline\"><span>Towards digital and environmental innovation<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This scientific project is being developed in line with the overall strategy of the CESI LINEACT laboratory and regional, national and European research and innovation strategies, in order to contribute to the challenges linked to the digital and environmental transformations of businesses and society. Team 2 will build on the strategic development actions initiated during the previous period:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the integration into the team of the new teacher-researchers who have just joined or who will be recruited to CESI over the period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 2rem;\">Continuing to develop collaborative research projects (PIA, ANR, European projects, etc.) and supporting the laboratory&#8217;s transfer and outreach activities.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 2rem;\">Promoting and disseminating scientific work.Strengthening and developing active collaborations with academic players.Pursuing and strengthening partnerships with local companies (Oreka Ing\u00e9nierie, Avelis, Pilgrim, etc.).Continued active participation of the team&#8217;s teacher-researchers in the implementation of the Building of the Future, Industry of the Future and Robotics platforms, together with their digital twins.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support for the introduction of new training courses based on the team&#8217;s research and monitoring activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The dynamic collaboration with the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lineact.cesi.fr\/en\/learning-and-innovating\/presentation\/\">Learning and Innovating<\/a><\/strong> team continues, notably on issues of human-system interaction, integration of human factors and behaviors, and instrumented learning environments based on XR-interfaced Digital Twins.
