However, the technological and societal disruptions made possible by AI require new skills and can generate risks related to misuse or reluctance if we do not have the knowledge to understand them properly. It is therefore essential to provide extensive training in how AI systems work, while developing the critical thinking skills of the various stakeholders. The aim is both to promote the conscious and informed use of AI in all professions and sectors of activity and to encourage people to move into this fast-growing field of employment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>CAIRE<\/strong> project aims to contribute to the acculturation of professionals in a wide range of fields by developing training courses that address these issues. <strong>CAIRE<\/strong> thus aims to equip learners with a set of knowledge and skills that will enable them to embrace AI and support its integration within companies. While students in initial training at the five partner institutions are the primary target audience for the project, staff at the consortium&#8217;s institutions, professionals in the private and public sectors, job seekers, and citizens undergoing professional retraining are also eligible for these training courses. <strong>CAIRE<\/strong> aims to train 28,000 people across the country throughout the duration of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The learning data collected, as well as the practices and uses identified during the project, will be scientifically evaluated at the international level in the fields of education sciences and organizational management, notably through research conducted by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cesi.fr\/\">CESI<\/a><\/strong>. Feedback from partners on the implementation and evaluation of such a training program will be shared in a white paper. <strong>CAIRE<\/strong> stands out for its transdisciplinary approach, its integration of ethical and sustainability concepts, and its ability to reach a large and diverse audience. The project will thus make a significant contribution to the development of the skills needed to accelerate the nationwide rollout of the controlled use of AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Achievements as of December 31, 2024:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Production of educational content for the first level, \u201cProfessional Awareness.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Testing and rollout of the first level of training for 1,000 students in <strong>CESI<\/strong>&#8216;s integrated preparatory cycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Testing and training of <strong>CESI<\/strong> trainers for the rollout of training on different campuses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Launch of research led by Solveig FERNAGU on AI in training through the project&#8217;s inter-institutional working group and Agathe HELL&#8217;s thesis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The CAIRE project aims to acculturate professionals to artificial intelligence by offering training tailored to the needs of different professions.
