The project is structured around three main areas:<br><strong>Innovating in the development of training programs<\/strong><br>ConfluencES&#8217;s primary objective is to transform training provision using an innovative public digital tool, Octopilot, which maps skills needs in each region in order to adjust and enrich training programs. One flagship project is the creation in France of the first doctoral program in the fashion sector, led by the IFM, with the aim of establishing a strategic industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-editorial-aside-big has-white-background-color has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p><strong>The objectives for CESI mainly focus on:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The continued implementation of Micro Learning Factories 5.0 with R&amp;D, educational engineering, and the acquisition and deployment of Micro Learning Factories on new <strong>CESI<\/strong> campuses to expand their use in training and research;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R&amp;D on training trainers in guidance and individualized learning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The unit&#8217;s two research teams are working on this large-scale project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The ConfluencES project, supported by France 2030 as part of the \u201cExcellencES sous toutes ses formes\u201d call for proposals, aims to innovate in training, research, and regional development.
