This project is led by the Normandy Drone Innovation Center (CIDN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the framework of this platform, CESI is leading two research activities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The first concerns the AUNIRIQUE project, \u201cReal-time Digital Twin for Post-Incident Interventions in High-Risk Industrial Sites\u201d, whose objectives are:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To create a digital twin of an industrial site<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To highlight unexplored areas and risk-related elements\/zones<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The second activity, which is the subject of this letter, concerns the COBRA project, \u201cSecure Human\u2013Robot Collaboration Using a Cable-Driven Robot in an Industrial Environment\u201d, with the following objectives:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Design and integration of a Cable-Driven Parallel Robot (CDPR) within the Industry of the Future platform of the CESI Rouen campus and its Flexible Production Workshop (FPW).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Design and implementation of safety solutions for this cable-driven parallel robot to enable safe collaboration with humans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Achievements as of January 13, 2026:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>COBRA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Scientific and technical monitoring on cable-driven parallel robots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initial contacts with service providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formalization of requirements through the drafting of a letter of intent and a functional specifications document<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submission of a request for an amendment to the project to the Normandy Region<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recruitment of a research engineer for the development of safety solutions for the CDPR, 24-month fixed-term contract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AUNIRIQUE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Familiarization with Gaussian Splatting models for digital twin creation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluation of different strategies for dataset creation in a context of scarcity of labeled data for industrial object detection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recruitment of a research engineer, 24-month fixed-term contract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The EFFICIENCE Drone project develops innovative drone-based, digital twin and human\u2013robot collaboration solutions to strengthen natural and industrial risk management in Normandy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":197380,"menu_order":0,"template":"","categories":[528],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-197376","projets","type-projets","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
