The new multiproduct pipeline transportation technology becomes the most used oil transportation mean in several oil company. It can carry multiproduct from the refinery to several storage and distribution centers with the same pipeline back-to–back without any physical separation between the different transported products. This leads to the arising of contamination interfaces. In this paper, we use the mixed integer linear programming (MILP) for modeling the aggregate schedule of multiproduct pipeline transportation system in order to obtain an optimal scheduling plan. The obtained planning should optimize the cost of contamination interfaces and the pumping with several constraints such as multiple pumps using by the refinery to inject products inside the pipeline. A real case study in Algeria is presented to test the efficiency of the proposed aggregate model to solve a real-life industrial problem.
