Submitted papers (at most 6 pages formatted in IEEE style format) will be peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore and indexed in Scopus. Authors of some selected accepted papers presented at the conference will be invited to submit extended versions of their manuscripts for consideration in International Journals. Papers should be submitted before March 31^st, 2021 through Edas plateforme (https://cymaen21.edas.info/index.php ) or on the conference website http://cymaen.org/.
